Where can I get my Emocity card?
In the Tourist Offices and in the following Lleida hotels:

Can I recharge the card?
The Emocity Card cannot be recharged

What can you do if the card does not work?
Call to 010 or send an electronic mail to the box: info@emocitylleida.com or suggeriments@emocitylleida.com

What happens if an establishment does not want to apply the established discount?
An electronic mail must be sent quickly to the box info@emocitylleida.com or the contact web form must be filled, indicating the name of the establishment and the date when the incident happened.
