toptop In case of loss or subtraction, will the amount of the card be returned?
The amount will not be returned.

toptop Is it possible to use the card in periods of sales or promotions?
The adhered establishments are not obliged to apply discounts or described advantages.

In the Tourist Offices and in the following Lleida hotels:

toptop Can I recharge the card?
The Emocity Card cannot be recharged

toptop What can you do if the card does not work?
Call to 010 or send an electronic mail to the box: info@emocitylleida.com or suggeriments@emocitylleida.com

toptop What happens if an establishment does not want to apply the established discount?
An electronic mail must be sent quickly to the box info@emocitylleida.com or the contact web form must be filled, indicating the name of the establishment and the date when the incident happened.
